Return/Exchange Policy

General Returns

Returns filed within the first 3 days of delivery will be accepted as long as they are in their original unused condition and in their original packaging. Any item not in its original unused condition and original packaging will result in the return request being denied and the item will be shipped back. Once your item has been received and verified, a refund will be disbursed to your original form of payment within 7 business days. Please remember it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

We will cover the return shipping costs but the original shipping fees may not be refunded.

Any items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

To request a return, email support@solideogloriaco.com with the following information:

  • Order Number
  • Item you want to return
  • Reason for return

Exchanges

Exchanges will be accepted as long as the item is in its original unused condition. If stock is unavailable for your desired exchange, we will reach out via email to follow up. Your choices will then be to: wait the necessary time needed to fulfill your exchange, choose a different item, or request a return instead. We will cover the shipping costs associated with the exchange.

  • Order Number
  • Item you want to exchange
  • Desired exchange
  • Reason for exchange

Wrong Order

Please contact us via email to notify us in the unlikely event that we have made a mistake fulfilling your order. Rest assured, we will take necessary action to correct any error in a timely fashion. This will be accomplished without further cost to you.

If you have made a mistake on your order, please reach out to support@solideogloriaco.com as soon as possible so that we can edit your order before fulfilling it. If your order has been shipped or delivered before you reach out, we can exchange your order but there may be a shipping fee associated.

Damaged Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if any item is defective or damaged so that we can make it right.
